TERMS OF SERVICE AND END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account and using the SKIN Core AI application, you enter into a binding legal agreement with ZETTA TECH SOLUTIONS SRL. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application.
2. Medical Disclaimer Integration
Our comprehensive Medical & Legal Disclaimer is fully incorporated into these Terms. SKIN Core AI is an informational cosmetic tool, not a medical device. You agree that ZETTA TECH SOLUTIONS SRL is not liable for your skin health decisions, allergic reactions, or the performance of any third-party cosmetic products analyzed by the app.
3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
SKIN Core AI offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., monthly, annually).
· Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
· Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
· Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. ZETTA TECH SOLUTIONS SRL cannot process refunds directly; all refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload inappropriate, explicit, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary algorithm.
5. Intellectual Property
All code, designs, branding, and algorithms within SKIN Core AI are the exclusive property of ZETTA TECH SOLUTIONS SRL. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
