TERMS OF SERVICE AND END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)<\/strong>
Effective Date: August 2026<\/strong> 

1. Agreement to Terms<\/strong>

By creating an account and using the SKIN Core AI application, you enter into a binding legal agreement with ZETTA TECH SOLUTIONS SRL. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application. 


2. Medical Disclaimer Integration<\/strong>

Our comprehensive Medical & Legal Disclaimer is fully incorporated into these Terms. SKIN Core AI is an informational cosmetic tool, not a medical device. You agree that ZETTA TECH SOLUTIONS SRL is not liable for your skin health decisions, allergic reactions, or the performance of any third-party cosmetic products analyzed by the app.

 
3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing<\/strong>

SKIN Core AI offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., monthly, annually).

  \u00b7 Billing:<\/strong> Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase. 

  \u00b7 Auto-Renewal:<\/strong> Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  \u00b7 Management:<\/strong> You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. ZETTA TECH SOLUTIONS SRL<\/strong> cannot process refunds directly; all refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google. 


4. Acceptable Use<\/strong>

You agree not to upload inappropriate, explicit, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary algorithm. 


5. Intellectual Property<\/strong>

All code, designs, branding, and algorithms within SKIN Core AI are the exclusive property of ZETTA TECH SOLUTIONS SRL. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. 


6. Governing Law<\/strong>
